Product: This data set includes flight lines that map the flight paths used in the acquisition of 0.15 meter, 16-bit 4-band (RGB-IR) orthoimagery.

Geographic Extent: 29 counties in Massachusetts (and surrounding states), covering approximately 8876 total square miles.

Dataset Description: The Massachusetts Statewide Orthoimagery project called for the planning, acquisition, processing, and derivative products of imagery data to be collected at a ground sample distance (GSD) of 0.15 meter. Project specifications are based on the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) standards. This flightline data set was created to identify the flight paths used to collect data for the Massachusetts Statewide 2023 Orthoimagery Project. This dataset derives information from the exterior orientations to provide true flight paths.

Ground Conditions: Imagery was collected in spring 2023, while no snow was on the ground and rivers were at or below normal levels.

These data depict geographic features on the surface of the earth. None. However, users should be aware that temporal changes may have occurred since this dataset was collected and that some parts of these data may no longer represent actual surface conditions. Users should not use these data for critical applications without a full awareness of their limitations. Acknowledgement of the organization providing these data to the public would be appreciated for products derived from these data.

" }
